We had a rental property through them that we’ve just moved out of and their customer service and want to put the tenant first, whilst also doing their best for the landlord, puts them head and shoulders above the rest! In particular Olivia who really does go above and beyond.
Through a difficult personal time they were extremely accommodating when it came to viewings to get the property let to a new tenant for the landlord and we it made such a difference not worrying about that while my partner was recovering.
The team at Mullie’s were fantastic when we came across a couple of small issues and got them fixed right away with no fuss or delay.
After having had large chain Lettings agents and small family run businesses, I can honestly say Mullie’s has been my best experience by far.
